Returns and Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your package. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and must be in its original packaging. The item must have a clear defect. We also accept returns if the size does not fit.
Perishable items such as gift cards and discounted products cannot be returned or refunded.
Before returning any product, you must contact us by email at contact@voranex.com.
In your email, please specify that you wish to return the product and include your order number so we can locate it quickly.
Once you have contacted us, we will reply within 24 hours and provide all the necessary information to complete your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (when applicable):

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Discounted items and gift cards (when applicable) cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products purchased during exclusive 50% discount campaigns.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If more than two weeks have passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@voranex.com.
EXCHANGES
We replace defective or damaged products, or items with sizing issues. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at contact@voranex.com.
